Diane has 17+ years' experience as a full-time real estate agent. Diane works together with her husband Don, a retired civilian employee for the Army, during which time they have relocated several times, so when you request either Diane or Don, you get their combined experienced of 24 years. Diane’s family relocated from St. Louis to the Huntsville area in 1997 with Don’s job transfer to Redstone Arsenal. She understands a job transfer can be trying and moving to a strange city impacts the whole family, not just the transferring employee. As your Relocation Specialist, Diane will familiarize you with the area, advise your where to find answers, and help with the questions you may have about the community, schools, shopping, etc.
Diane also understands what it takes to get a home sold in a very competitive market. She uses several resources, including up to date internet tools, hard print ads in a local magazine, and virtual tour photography skills in presenting her homes to the public. She markets the homes on the most popular, most visited, and most user friendly real estate sites. With Century 21 tools and resources, her homes are noticed, seen, and sold.
“Communication” is her motto and is how she wants to be remembered by her buyers and sellers. She stays in touch regularly so her clients and customers are aware that she is working for them.
Every year starting in 2004, Diane has earned one of the Century 21 Top Producer awards, including the Centurion, Diamond, Emerald and Ruby awards. Diane has also earned the Century 21 Quality Service award 3 times in recent years. Diane has been the #1 Century 21 selling agent in Madison several years in a row. She has maintained a rating in the Century 21 top 100 for the entire Southern US area each year and has maintained this rating over the last 10 years in a row. Diane’s designations include Associate Broker, Certified Relocation Specialist (CRS), and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). She is also an Accredited Relocation Specialist.
