I am writing this letter to highly recommend real estate agent Diane Geosits for your real estate needs. Diane was my realtor, acting as the buyer agent with the purchase of my home. I am recently divorced and have never ventured to make such a huge purchase or decision independently; I was nervous and cautious every step of the way. Diane listened to what I needed and knew what I was looking for in a forever home. She researched and found multiple homes that fit my requirements. Diane was AMAZING! I needed to understand and feel comfortable with each and every step of the purchase of my house. I asked multiple questions, and she would explain every detail. Diane was so professional, sweet, understanding, and knowledgeable! Diane was patient and reassuring with every step of my journey. She knew what I was looking for and went over and beyond to show me every home that I chose to see. When I found the house that I wanted to be my forever home, Diane helped me to write an offer that would be considered by the seller. She was professional and paid attention to every detail. She kept me informed every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend Diane Geosits as a selling or buyer agent. I will absolutely call on her if I find myself in need of a realtor in the future.

I was very fortunate to have Diane Geosits as my Realtor with Coldwell Banker. I noticed that one of my neighbors used her so I gave Diane a call. I've sold four houses in my life and this experience stands out as the best by far.

Diane took the time to find out my priorities and timeline. She had become familliar with the neighborhood, so she was able to give me realistic advice about what to expect so I was realisric as well. My house was in good shape, but being realistic, combined with the staging Diane did, led to three contracts in a short period of time.

Diane was especially great helping me deal with some unexpected issues that arose during my home inspection. She is a true professional. and was also was flexible and actually made the experience enjoyable!

Diane far exceeded my expectations and went "above and beyond" any realtor I've ever worked with. I very highly recommend Diane Geosits!!
