Diane K. Heinz combines the professional credentials of the highly coveted CCIM designation with 18 years of high-level government public policy experience. Diane’s leadership in bringing together the commercial property owners along North Federal Highway in Boca Raton resulted in a Master Plan for redeveloping Northern Boca Raton. The Boca Raton City Council appointed Diane to serve on their North Federal Highway Steering Committee to review all new projects being proposed for this corridor. Diane’s governmental expertise in the areas of zoning, environmental issues, concurrency, and all phases of the development process make her a valuable team member for large development or redevelopment projects. Diane’s client base includes such national firms and organizations as the Associated Builders and Contractors, Lebenthal, and U-Store It. Diane specializes in redevelopment projects, Industrial land and properties as well as retail and office leases. She also is a Rotarian, former School Board Member, and has received numerous leadership awards for her community involvement.
