She has a very capable crew to refer if any issues arrive and she checks in daily to make sure things are getting done. Diane and her team sold our house this summer, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience! Diane is kind, responsive, and truly an expert. She gave us solid advice and guidance at every turn and we always felt that we were in good hands. Operations Manager Christy was an absolute joy to work with as well. Diane is the most knowledgeable, most patient, and most tenacious person I've ever met in real estate. My wife and I started our house search in the middle of the pandemic when the market was heating up in an area that is already competitive. Diane helped us navigate the ins and outs of the process, responded to all of our emails/texts, and provided excellent advice along the way. It took us nine months to find a house. Diane was with us every step -- constantly checking in and recommending houses. She has a great eye and knowledge of the market. She knew exactly how to make our offer competitive enough to stand out in a field of many offers and in the end, her expertise was exactly right. I highly recommend Diane to anyone looking to purchase a home in the DMV.
