Diane is the best!! She found us the perfect house when we moved to Edinburg. Then she sold our house for above asking price when we moved. She is incredibly hard working and makes the buying or selling process so easy for her clients. I would give her more stars if I could and have recommended her to so many of our friends.

I rarely take the time to write an evaluation for a service provided; but I can tell you that if you are contemplating the sell of your home, I highly recommend Realtor, Diane McLarty. When I first met with Diane, I was impressed with her professionalism, and preparation with market analysis of similar homes that have sold in the immediate area of my home. She knows the market, she is prepared, is straightforward, and makes sound recommendations regarding the presentation of your home to perpetual buyers. I was impressed with the virtual tour of my home that was uploaded to the realtor database. Within a couple of hours, I had appointments scheduled by potential buyers for the next day. I am detailed oriented, and I noted that no matter what additional information I asked for, Diane provided it, and explained all documents to my satisfaction in the sale process. She was there even after the sale, to make sure all questions were asked and answered.
