With this service, her sellers’ property is exposed to over 4000 real estate agents and Diane is able to find the latest and best listings that fit her buyers’ needs. With her 36 years of experience as a realtor in this area and keeping up to date with the new laws, forms, and marketing approaches, Diane can relieve my clients of the before mentioned responsibilities. She is also a member of the Santa Clara Valley Real Estate Independent Broker’s Network (REIBN). Diane does not work more with more than 3 or 4 clients at a time, for she wants to personally be able to give maximum attention to her clients’ needs and be able to keep in contact with them during the transaction.
