Diane did a fantastic job selling our old home and buying our new one. We got $5K over our asking price on the sale. She gave us great advice so we had the winning bid on our new house. I highly recommend her.

Diane and Tracey were absolutely fabulous. They assisted us in selling our home while we were on a road trip across the country. They were very communicative and kept us informed of all hiccups along the way. I would highly recommend them to family and friends and will use them again if we move back to the area.

Rehabbing homes for more than 20 years I thought I knew everything about housing and what it takes to get them sold, boy was I wrong. I work as a contractor doing what I’m hired to do; but this project I’m the owner. I’m gonna knock this one out of the park and bring home the bacon. Well that park was 10 time larger than I expected and the “For Sale By Owner” sign wasn’t working. I got a few hits but not the grand slam I was looking for and it’s a seller’s market! Something just wasn’t right. I needed help!
I called Tracy & Diane. Realtors with COVA Realty to the rescue. They came by my property looked around and told how good everything looked but they kept looking at the kitchen that I installed, and proud of. Diane gave me valuable advice to capitalize on. Diane told me what I needed to hear. Hard pill to swallow; but she was right and had a solution. 1. Redesign the kitchen and make it right, (a little late for that the money was spent) or 2. Make it a rental, a 4 bedroom, 2 full baths rent for a lot these days. That’s what we did, we are now receiving a good return on our investment. The moral of the story is stay in your lane. These two ladies are extremely knowledgeable, they know the market. They take care of people first and treat you like family. They took time out of their day and show me love. Turned my blunder into income. I am forever grateful for their outstanding service. Real people making a difference.
