About Diane

A life-long resident of the Capital Region, Diane has been a Realtor since 2004 and Associate Broker since 2006 and has been a yearly multi-million-dollar sales leader closing over $238 million in real estate sales represented by 1,055 transactions through 2023 ranking her among the top individual (non-team) Realtors in the Capital District. Diane is repeatedly on the REAL Trends list of top 1,000 individual Realtors in the US among all broker firms.

Diane joined Keller Williams Capital District in December 2013 following a 9-year career at Prudential Manor Homes. Specializing in residential real estate, Diane works with both sellers and buyers throughout the Capital Region including Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady and Northern Columbia Counties.

Diane has been a member of the Greater Capital Assn of Realtors Community Relations Committee since 2012 and Chairperson for 2023 and 2024. The Committee members volunteer throughout the year in activities that benefit the not-for-profit community, develop programs for GCAR participation in community, civic and charitable programs, and make recommendations as to distributions from the GCAR Community Outreach Fund.

As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Diane is qualified to meet the special needs and concerns of senior clients who are relocating or selling their home. In addition, whether you are an experienced or first-time home buyer, Diane has the experience and qualifications needed to provide the high level of quality service when representing a buyer as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).
