We are so fortunate that Diane was there at every corner to help us on our home-buying journey in Lake Wildwood. Diane is professional, supportive, supremely helpful, and most importantly in our case, PATIENT. Diane worked with us for nearly a year and showed us multiple homes that met our needs before we finally found THE ONE. Then, during the transaction process, Diane was proactive, very communicative, and helped us through a few times when the transaction could have become challenging. I’m not the type of person that usually writes reviews, but Diane Spooner deserves this and more! My journey with her started when I was looking to purchase a home. I was a first time buyer and was a little nervous, but Diane was always there to give me the best advice and walk me through the process. She was very patient and helped me find the perfect home for me and my two boys. Periodically she would check in with us afterwards, which I truly appreciated. Three years later, the time came for us to move out of state and we had to sell that home she helped us find. Once again, I found myself completely lost and confused with the entire process (becuase it was my first time) selling my house. Diane was always there to support and address any concerns I had, or explain any questions with forms or contracts in a way that I fully understood what I was signing. She is by far the most honest realtor I've ever met. I just have words of gratitude for her, her professionalism and her sincerity. If you are looking for the best advice and the best realtor, you need to contact Diane Spooner. You won't be sorry you did.

Diane Spooner is a wonderful Realtor. She made our search for a home at Lake Wildwood both informative and successful. We spent approximately seven months looking at homes on the lake, and waiting for the perfect one to become available.

Diane was always on top of new listings and understood exactly the type of home that we were seeking. She was very patient when home listings seem to meet our criteria, but the actual home did not.

We are very happy with our selection, and are now in the process of moving in and looking forward to many years on the lake.

I would highly recommend Diane to anyone looking for a home to purchase.
