We absolutely love DiAnn! Her knowledge covers way beyond just selling homes and we're so lucky to have her advocating and working hard for us as we bought what may be our forever home. She's not pushy at all and has put our needs and wants as her clients as her priority over her own as an agent. She listens to us but also patiently and politely gives advise accordingly. She's also very thorough and has very keen eye for details. Getting her as our realtor has been one of the best decisions we've made!

DiAnn worked with us over a span of several years. She would drive all over the state to look at any house we thought we desired. In the beginning we were only interested in fixer uppers or lower value market options due to our financial situation. Because of her we found what we needed. Then a couple years later when our finances were in a better spot she helped us find our first real home. She's been a real friend, solid person, and wonderful realtor.

We started working with DiAnn Sager just before the panedemic and she's been amazing during our prolonged house-hunt in the Northwest. We'd previously met several agents mostly wanting a quick sale and an easy commission. DiAnn was approachable and most importantly, she really listened to our needs. She also helped us set expectations and worked steadily to find a home. She found several homes in a very competitive housing market, but based on our budget, we have come out on the losing end. Through it all, DiAnn was instrumental in guiding us through each step and helped us avoid making big mistakes. We have always felt that DiAnn was representing us and looking after our interests. She is now a trusted advisor and a good friend! We've had to shift our home search away from DiAnn's geographic area, but even in that she was helpful and pragmatic. We remain in contact with her and will definitely trust her again when our family has property to sell. Overall DiAnn Sager is very knowledgeable, pivots on a dime, is wonderful to work, with and she comes from a local family with generations of experience in the greater Seattle region. She knows the players and challenges of the area and most importantly, she is a trustworthy advisor, good citizen, and now a friend.

DiAnn Sager is a consumate professional that went above and beyond to help me find my first home. I was so worried about getting involved with an agent that would put unnecessary pressure on me to buy the first thing available, but in my experience with her she was patient and helped me find exactly what was right for me. She even helped me find furniture and helped me move it in well after the purchase. I would defiinitely recommend her 10 times over to anyone considering homeownership!

I don’t normally leave reviews but DiAnn was such a pleasure to work with that I wanted to share my families experience, and encourage others to partner with her to find and/or sell their home.

We had a home to sell and a home to purchase at the same time, and she handled both transactions simultaneously with ease. When it came to selling our house she went above and beyond, on both our listing and our open house weekend. Upon our offer review date we had multiple offers and were in contract right away. When it came to finding a home she exceeded our expectations and was always available to show us listings, gather information, and walk us through the process. We were able to close on both homes the same day.

She is a real person who has your best interest at heart and doesn’t treat you like another transaction. She made us feel safe and cared for throughout the process of selling and buying at the same time (which can be stressful!). I can’t say enough good things about our experience working with DiAnn and would highly recommend her.

Having been an agent in two different states, DiAnn exceeded our expecations. While her knowledge of the area is superior, her customer service is off the charts! Not only does she do whatever is needed during the transaction, but she always puts her customer first.

DiAnn assisted our family during COVID-19. She had to keep up with both our searches from out of state and regulations. It was an amazing job on both accounts with the highest level of professionalism. DiAnn had to do more chasing on this transaction with the lack of information provided. We received feedback from many (water, county, contractors and more) about how amazing she was.

DiAnn is so personable that we feel like we gained an expert agent and a dear friend at the same time. She went above and beyond!

If you want an agent that will go above and beyond, DiAnn is the agent you want. She is fun, loving, knowledgeable and very professional. She’s also not afraid to tell you she doesn’t know an answer, but won’t stop there. She will tirelessly search until she has the answer you need. DiAnn and all the people she recommended where a joy to work with. We had a unique situation that made our process longer than normal and she stuck with us through it all, giving us the peace and joy we needed to get to the other side. Diann was so helpful! This was my first time buying a house and her knowledge and great attitude made it such an enjoyable process. She was such a pleasure to work with, she listened to exactly what I was looking for and set me up with a better house then I could have ever expected. And once it was all said and done she even gave me the cutest house warming gift! It's those kind of touches that show me I was working with a real professional. This realtor was very awesome she went above her duties as a realtor I was in a motel and I don't have a vehicle because they took my driver's license I'm legally blind so she came and pick me up brought me to look at the place then help me with all the paperwork then she took me to fill out the rest of the paperwork through escrow I have a severe learning disability so she walked me through all the paperwork make sure everything was read for me she was just a God's blessing I would give her five stars and more I would even give her 10 that she has become more than just a realtor she has also become a very good friend so I would recommend her to anyone I hope that is enough for you Diane and anybody that is inquiring about you your friend and client Bradley Pine
