Dianne Fox was born in Tulsa and graduated from Metro Christian Academy before attending the University of Central Oklahoma.
Before making the decision to enter the real estate field, Dianne worked in various positions in Marketing and Advertising. She also obtained her Massage Therapist License and owned and operated her own Massage Therapy business for several years. In her previous careers she worked closely with existing clients as well as worked to obtain clients for new business. She brings her expertise in sales, marketing, negotiation, closing deals, communication, and customer service to her real estate clients today.
Dianne attributes her success in business to her ability to effectively ascertain the needs and wants of her clients by asking the right questions and actively listening to the answers, both verbal and nonverbal. “I have a passion for people and real estate and am blessed to be able to connect these and work every day doing what I love,” Dianne says.
Dianne works hard and smart for her buyers and sellers, ensuring that they feel comfortable, pleased, and informed from start to close. “As a seasoned salesperson, negotiation and making deals is a skill that I have acquired to assist clients in achieving their goals,” Dianne explains. “I keep an eye on trends, headwinds, tails winds, and housing market signals, which enable me to be a forward thinker, guide my clients, and help protect their investments.”
A full-service agent, Dianne is familiar with residential listings in all of Tulsa and its surrounding communities. When not working, she enjoys reading about current events and personal growth, cooking, hiking, water rafting, canoeing, and spending time with her family. She enjoys volunteering at homeless shelters and serving the elder community.
