Dianne spent 5 months with my family finding the right home for us. She went above & beyond with helping us, especially when we attended showings with our 2 young children, or I found houses late in the evening & wanted to see them the very next morning. Some homes we couldn't view due to colds, and a few surgeries, but Dianne made sure we never missed out on an opportunity. She also gifted us a gift card to help us get the ball rolling with making our house a home, which helped a lot because I had another emergency surgery only days after closing. I'm so glad we crossed paths; thanks to Dianne we went from living with family in "the house" to living with *our* family in "our home". It's so good to hear our son call his house a home after almost 2 years of not having our own place. Thank you 💚

During the offer and closing process, she went above and beyond helping us with our negotiations. She has exceptional communication and follow-through skills, never missing a detail.
