Dianne was recommended to us by our first realtor. She is responsive and professional, but she also gives good advice in a personal perspective. The first time my husband and I met with her, we clicked right away. She provided detailed information about all the houses we looked at and any concerns about them. As first time home buyers, my husband and I didn't know anything about the process. We looked at 4 to 5 different counties since we don't have children yet. Dianne did not hesitate to check all the houses we wanted to see and we feel very grateful for having her as our realtor. She is very easy to talk to and she has vast knowledge and experience in her field.
Even though the deal fell through for the house we put an offer in and now we may wait another year to buy a house, we would still have her as our realtor if we stay in PA. I highly recommend her. If you want something done and right away, Dianne is that person. She will help you in everything and any way she can.
