Dianne Reppucci Bierman loves residential real estate at all levels, large and small! What matters most to her is not the size of the deal; it's the people she works with.
Dianne knew at a very young age that she wanted to sell houses one day. She grew up in a modest suburb of Los Angeles. Eventually, her family grew out of the home she was raised in, and it was a very difficult decision for her parents to sell their childhood home, as they were not used to change. They interviewed several realtors, and allowed Dianne to sit in on those interviews. To her delight, her father chose a woman realtor who was very well known in their neighborhood. For fun, on Sundays, Dianne would hop on her bicycle and stop in on the local open houses (Yes, she was that looky-loo). She loved seeing how other people lived and how they decorated. She had a fascination with everything real estate.
Needless to say, she worked on getting her real estate license as soon as she graduated from high school. She was licensed in 1989. Early on in her real estate career, she aligned herself with the local top brokers, assisting them and learning all that she could so that one day she would be at the top of her game. By the early 1990s, she was recruited to help run a small boutique firm that specialized in bank foreclosures. For that decade, she was entrenched in a fast-paced, high-volume real estate enterprise, selling over 100 homes each year, working with JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo Bank, and many Asset Management Companies. By 2000, she was ready for a new challenge and decided to open her own boutique real estate company. She relocated to gorgeous North County San Diego in 2003, establishing herself in Encinitas. For 20 years, her emphasis was (and continues to be) offering exceptional and personalized service, focusing on every aspect of the real estate sale. Her reputation has been built on these fundamental principles. Running and operating a boutique-style real estate company was the right thing to do for nearly two decades. However, in life (especially with the ever-evolving world of technology), she learned that change is inevitable, and learning to pivot with those changes is one of the most important lessons she has learned. She decided to join the amazing Compass family and could not be more excited to share the wealth of information, along with the most advanced technological platforms in the industry, with all of her clients. Her commitment to her clients has been to provide them the best level of service possible, which means she will never take on more business than she can handle. Her job boils down to helping you through a home-buying or selling process that she is truly passionate about. She not only services San Diego County and Orange County but parts of Los Angeles County where she started in this business. She has partnered with Judy Dunning, who is a Newport Beach real estate agent and holds many of the same values as she does.
In her spare time, Dianne enjoys long walks and bike riding with her husband Steve in her quaint hometown of Del Mar. She is a huge animal advocate, dedicating her time, energy, and resources to several local animal rescues. She has three pugs of her own (Clark, Sammi, and Penny); clearly, the pug breed has a special place in her heart. She donates a portion of her commission with each sale to a local pug rescue organization that saves pugs nationally and internationally from neglect and abuse.
