Dianne is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. She always goes above and beyond to make sure that you get not only the best deal but also will help you with anything you need with getting your house ready to be sold. I’ve never sold a house before and was nervous. Dianne stepped me through this and no question was too silly. She helped me with things I never thought about. That sale went smooth.
She also helped with a new home build (also never done before).
I’m extremely happy and relieved that it all went great.

Dianne was great! This was our first time buying a home and she was very patient and educational. In a cut throat market where every house was selling for 25k over asking with no inspections, we were able to close at asking, with inspections, and she negotiated to get us seller credits! Couldn’t be happier about working with Dianne!
