Leiva has been a bilingual/bicultural successful entrepreneur and business professional for over four decades and has worked in international business ventures for over 30 of those years and in the commercial real estate business for over 20 years. Leiva has had a vast and diversified set of experiences, which enables him to forecast the macro and micro market trends and investment opportunities. Leiva specializes in the US and international real estate investments by providing financial consulting services to international companies and high net worth individuals. Leiva is presently engaged as the exclusive Real Estate and Franchise Developer for Miami Grill Corporation Nationally and Internationally. In 1996 the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce honored Leiva at a National level as the “Hispanic Businessman of the Year" and with the “Hispanic Entrepreneur Award,” both of which were presented by the Hon. Hilary Clinton. Furthermore, that same year the New York and New Jersey Regional Hispanic Chamber of Commerce honored Leiva as the “Executive of the Year” and the “Business Person of the Year.” Leiva has been on the cover and in the feature article of Hispanic Business magazine. Moreover, numerous other industry articles have quoted his insights. Additionally, he has been the Key Note speaker at several real estate conventions and seminars, including the New York City Housing Authority Symposium of 1996. For several years, Leiva served as a political advisor and trend analyst to the members of the US Congressional and Presidential committees by participating as a member of the Congressional Roundtable, representing the State of New Jersey. In 1999 Senator Mitch McConnell recognized Leiva for his services with the “Republican Senatorial Medal of Freedom.” Additionally, Leiva has served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committees for several international non-profit organizations. CAP/US Air Force as a member of the Chaplain Corp.
