Dimas was a pleasure to work with and get to know throughout the entire process! I found the perfect condo that I am happy to now call home in West New York, NJ!

Since I was relocating from out of state, he did a great job of understanding my needs and expanding my options. I went from a limited, narrow search in Jersey City to a broad search throughout Hudson County with countless options. Dimas is very knowledgeable about all the neighborhoods and buildings in the area. This background helped him point out pros and cons of each option to help me narrow my search.

I was genuinely surprised at all the options he provided that were within my price range and met my expectations on his first online search. After picking some of my favorites from this list, the first day of tours which went well. Unfortunately, the units and buildings didn’t feel quite right, but it was a great learning experience. After the first tour, Dimas provided another great set of options that fit my needs perfectly. The last place we saw ended up being the winner!

Once we found that perfect place, he was incredibly helpful to provide advice and suggestions on next steps. He was quick and experienced enough to get things in process and my offer was accepted in a matter of days. After the offer was accepted he stayed with me throughout every step of the process, always available over the phone, text, or email.

Dimas was my number one asset throughout the entire process and I am happy to have had his support. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home in Hudson County!
