My husband and I met Dina 3 years ago in our search for our first home together. She assisted us in buying a “short sale” which I have been told most realtors won’t touch due to all the red tape. She is persistent and advocates for her clients which made an impossible process become possible. When ready to upgrade Dina assisted us in preparing our home to sell and finding a new home that was right for our growing family. We chose a new construction townhome and Dina was there every step of the way. She is always able to answer our questions, offers valuable insight in both the selling and buying process and really goes above and beyond for her clients. She makes one of the most stressful life events go as smooth as possible. I would recommend Dina to anybody looking to buy/sell.

Dina was so amazing to work with! We moved to Virginia from Ohio, and she was always available and responsive. She did everything to help us find the perfect 'for us' house! Not only was she wonderful to work with on finding a house, but she went so far above and beyond, helping with some work we wanted done before we made it here. My wife and I have worked with Dina multiple times now and plan on using her again in the future. She's very responsive and professional. She just recently helped me sell my rental property and I was very impressed by how she worked with my tenants. The tenants were a little uneasy with the situation at first, but Dina coordinated with them so that they were comfortable throughout the entire process and was still able to get me under contract within 48 hours! I highly recommend Dina for anyone looking to buy or sell.

Dina is great. She was patient with helping us find the right investment property. She insured we didn’t get in over our head and provided experts to help us understand what we needed to do or if we should keep looking for another option. Once we got in the project house she helped us find the right contractors and supported us through the whole process. Will use her again next time we are looking for a place.
