Dina really helped us in the selling of our home. She sat down with us and talked about what we wanted out of the sale, and the best way to accomplish that given the current housing market. We hit some bumps along the road in the sales process but Dina very professionally discussed with us at length all the options open to us and the pros and cons of any decision we might make. Dina Knaak is all of the above! I came into Ocean Shores from Eugene, OR to meet Dina for the first time with a handful of home flyers. She took me to each lot as none were built yet. And she also took me to one that was built, but we couldn't go inside. So I had many questions about what the inside would look like. She was very patient and always got an answer and sent progress photos regularly. Even now, after closing, she is following through with builder keep him informed as to any corrections or repairs that are needed. I would highly recommend Dina. She knows the area market very well and the builders. She treated me like I was her only client.

We were selling our home in Ocean Shores, WA, and retained the services of Dina Knaak with Windermere real estate, as our selling agent. It was not a smooth sale because of problems with the purchasers mortgage company. This was of course no fault of Dinas, it just took longer than it should have. She represented the property extremely well and it closed for $6000.00 more than it was listed for. I would have absolutely no reservations having her list another piece of property for us if the need should arise. She is very competent and capable and a joy to work with. We were very happy to have her as our listing agent.

Dina was the best realtor we could have hoped for. She took the time to learn about who we were and understand what we were looking for. She helped us find a place that was just right for us. The sellers were a bit problematic and Dina worked very skillfully with their realtor to guide us through the process. She worked so well with our lender that they asked for copies of her business cards.

All through the process Dina was quick to respond to our questions. She kept us completely informed. She was gracious and funny and extremely knowledgeable. If she wasn’t sure about an answer to a question she was honest about that and then set out to quickly do the research.

A great person as well. She suprised me as she stuck with me when alot of realtors didnt want to help due the amount of my purchase.
