About Dina

Dina Powers has lived in Suffolk County her entire life, and she loves the amenities and attractions that Long Island has to offer. She had been a Mount Sinai resident for the past 34 years, where she and her husband Ray have raised their four boys. They recently mover to Miller Place in a condo complex. Currently, she has one son who owns a dental practice in Shoreham,(Shoreham Smiles) one son in medical residency for anesthesia in Brooklyn , and another who work for Cross Country Mortgage company and one who does Real Estate with her. Dina Powers has been a Real Estate Professional for 24 years. She started with Coldwell Banker in Mount Sinai, and then opened her own company, Powers Residential Properties. After 5 years as a broker, Dina wanted to concentrate on what she loves, working with buyers and sellers, so she returned to working as an independent agent for Coach Realtors. Over her span of 8 years with Coach, Dina Powers was the top selling agent in the Mount Sinai office every year. However, Dina wanted to be able to offer her clients more.
