I’m an Air Force veteran and Realtor® with Windermere Central Sound, leading the Royal-T RE-Team. My mission is to “Change the Narrative” in real estate by helping first-time buyers, military families, sellers, and investors build wealth through homeownership. Originally from Trenton, New Jersey, I discovered Washington while serving as a SERE Instructor in the U.S. Air Force. After traveling the world, I returned to the Pacific Northwest where I built my family and career. My wife, Ashley, is a loan officer, and together we understand the full picture of financing and homeownership. With 6 daughters and deep roots in Tacoma, I know how important it is to make housing decisions that set families up for long-term success.
Outside of real estate, I continue my passion for youth mentorship as Program Director of Gateways for Incarcerated Youth, a project I’ve led for over 10 years to inspire change and create opportunity.
