Dion DePaoli

Mr. DePaoli is the owner and licensed commercial and investment broker for Altus Realty Group
Altus Realty Group focuses in the greater northwest Indiana area for commercial sales and redevelopment.

Prior to joining Premier Region, Mr. DePaoli has previously served as Senior Portfolio Manager for a private real estate asset investment fund specializing in distressed commercial and residential real estate throughout the United States. Mr. DePaoli’s experience includes risk analysis and pricing, portfolio management, sales and trading for whole loan and real property assets as well as executive level management as the primary manager for all operations and management for the firm’s two funds alongside their trading and sales desk. Mr. DePaoli was promoted to this position after holding the position of Vice President of Sales and Trading and creating the firms first formal sales and trading desk for mortgages and real estate related assets.
Prior to that, Mr. DePaoli consulted on an array of projects including both domestic and foreign real estate and financial transactions as founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pivotal Equity Solutions—a whole loan trading and real estate finance consulting firm.
Mr. DePaoli has also served as Director of a consortium of companies which include mortgage origination, secondary market whole loan trading and commercial finance structure and funding, including private equity and institutional capital.
Mr. DePaoli has over a decade of executive level management experience. Mr. DePaoli’s substantial knowledge of commercial and residential real estate asset classes including real property and mortgages in both the retail and secondary markets have allowed him to take a leading role in the distressed real estate and related assets market.
