Dipal is calm, straightforward, and clearly an invested member of the South Baltimore community. Walking the streets of the neighborhoods, he was knowledgeable of the history of the area and often crossed paths with his acquaintances from the community. What I respect the most about Dipal is his reassurance of walking away from a house that was not the right fit for me. I never felt pressured to make an offer on a home I was not sure about, and when the right house came around he kept me on track to meet closing deadlines.
