Dipendra genuinely deserves a 5 star. He's very professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. Even in this hot sellers market, he helped us find our home in a nice community and was able to negotiate the price below the listing price. Dipendra Bhattarai was very helpful throughout the process of buying our home. His preparedness was a big help, because it was our first time going through the homebuyer process.
