Divya was incredible to work with from start to finish, and even beyond the finish line. She worked with me for over a year to help find a house for the right price, offered plenty of suggestions that were tailored to my preferences, and was willing to meet me at hours that worked best for me despite my crazy work schedule.

I went from knowing next to nothing about the home buying process to feeling very empowered to understand what offers looked like, how to value homes, and more. She respected my preferences and desires, and never once tried to push me into making a decision with an alternate agenda to benefit her or her agency which is extremely important to me.

Strongly recommend working with her if you are looking to buy a home, even if you've barely begun your research or hunt yet - she will help you every step of the way.

Divya has been wonderful to work with since day one! She paid close attention to what I was looking for in my first home and she did her very best (with success!) in finding the right place for me. Throughout the process, she was patient, persistent, and transparent. Furthermore, Divya was truthful in her observations of each home and did not sugar coat anything which reassured me that she had my best interest in mind.

All around, I appreciated her consistent help along the way given that I am new to the concept of home ownership. Not only is Divya spectacular at her job and will support you in putting your best foot forward, she is also personable and friendly. You will be glad with choosing Divya Epari as your Realtor!

Divya made our experience as first-time home buyers pain free and smooth! When we were looking for a home, we were not living in Washington at the time. We came up for just a weekend to look and she had scheduled all the homes we wanted to see, plus others she thought we'd like based on our wants. Without her, there is no way we would've found our home in our timeline! Divya is very knowledgeable about all things real estate - from new construction builders to the stats on school districts and neighborhoods, she answered any questions we had and gave us details on questions we didn't know we should be asking. She definitely had our best interest at heart 🙂 10/10 would recommend Divya to anyone looking for an agent!!
