For more than three decades, DJ has been blessed with a successful career in real estate. Being a child, whose family moved frequently, and after watching her parents go through the process of relocating to several states, she decided to get her real estate license. Fortunately, DJ started her career with one of the best CENTURY 21 firms in the system. She began her career in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where the air is clean, the work ethic is strong, and the people are very nice. Having sold thirty-four homes her first year in the business, she branched out and specialized in relocation. She holds the highest designation in relocation, that of Certified Relocation Professional or CRP, through the Employee Relocation Council.
DJ is passionate about making sure the buyers and sellers she works with know that she has their best interest at heart. It is not just about the transaction; it is about making the "magic" happen for her new friends. The process of buying and selling can be daunting. It is her job to take the stress away and make this a pleasant experience for her clients. She truly loves what she does, and she is good at it! DJ is very up front with her clients, and she advises them, and cooperating agents, that she doesn’t do drama, and she doesn’t play games. It is all about you and your needs.
In 2009, DJ was inducted into the CENTURY 21 International Hall of Fame. This honor and recognition had only been given to forty-nine agents before her. Not only does it take into consideration consistent years of CENTURION level production, which is the top 1% of agents within the CENTURY 21 system, it also recognizes community service and the art of giving back. DJ has built twenty-one homes with Habitat for Humanity across the country and was instrumental in completing the joint project with Habitat for Humanity and Camp Pendleton, to build fourteen homes for Veterans or their surviving families, here in San Juan Capistrano.
Currently, she is the chairman of the Debbie Olivier Memorial Golf Classic, and they are preparing for their 18th tournament. Beneficiaries of the event are Easter Seals and the American Institute for Cancer Research. And one of her favorite projects for the past 8 years, has been her support and working with the Camp Pendleton YMCA in sponsoring families for Christmas and their Santa's Workshop Toys for Tots programs. It is truly an honor to give to the families who serve to keep the country safe and free. It would be DJ’s pleasure to help you with your real estate needs and make the "magic" for you, your family, and friends.
