I entered the Real Estate Profession in 1979 as a Sales Person and Property Manager working for an individual Brokerage Office in Beverly Hills. I successfully sold and managed apartment buildings for the first few years of my career until I became a Property Manager of Portfolios of varying properties for individual and partnership owners. During this period I successfully completed all the courses then offered by the Institute of Real Estate Property Management.
Since the early 90’s, when I became a California Licensed Real Estate Broker, I have concentrated on Residential, Land and Commercial Sales and Leases. My experience and knowledge provides hands-on expertise to all transactions. I have represented Buyers and Sellers throughout the San Fernando Valley on the Westside, Hollywood Hills, Los Feliz and the South Bay. Recent activity has focused on residential sales representing Sellers and Buyers.
I pride myself on bringing integrity, honesty, professionalism, attention to detail, high level of service, and a keen understanding of client’s needs and wants to each transaction. The relationship does not end when the sale is completed.
