We got the opportunity to use Delores Gaskell, MaComb Metro Realty, Inc., in the Spring of 2019 as the Agent to sell our home in Sterling Heights and to purchase a house in Bingham Farms.
Selling Agent- Delores gave us great recommendations that made our house very marketable and would bring in top dollar. These recommendations were simple and inexpensive. Delores did here homework for our area and listed our house at a high end but marketable price. The sale price exceeded the list price and sold on the first day!
Purchasing Agent- we specified location, price range and style to Delores for our new house. Delores did all of the legwork, asked us lots of specific question to help narrow search. Delores pointed out all the pros and cons to us for each house. She was objective and never tried to push us into a decision. We completed a purchase in a very timely manner that met all our pre-specifications.
We appreciated the effort Delores put forth to help us sell and purchase. She was a fantastic Real Estate Agent fit for us. We highly recommend her if your looking for a great Agent. We’ve recommended her to many people already.
