You cannot ask for a better real estate broker - Dom is professional, responsive, friendly, and dedicated to helping his clients find a home that they will love. I've been working with Dom since I initially moved to Chicago back in 2013 and have been truly impressed with his commitment to his clients. Finding an apartment or home can be super overwhelming and a big undertaking but Dom makes it approachable and he is a real advocate in the competitive real estate market. Despite COVID throwing a big wrench in my plans, he was able to find me exactly the apartment that what I was looking for - even in these ever changing times and without pressure or false agendas. While he has mainly helped me with rentals, I know when the time comes to purchase a home - I plan to look no further than Garcia Wade Group :o)

We bought a house with Dominic Garcia’s help last month. The experience was smooth, seamless and we can't be happier with our new home! During the house-hunting phase, Dom worked with us to find homes that fit our criteria and booked us a ton of showings in neighborhoods that appealed to us. As first time home buyers, we were apprehensive about the whole process. However, Dom did a fantastic job of running us through the ins and outs of the home buying process. He helped us with some great questions to ask the seller’s agent at every house we toured, and was not hesitant to give his own honest opinion on the house after the tour either. The whole negotiation phase seemed intimidating at first but Dom beautifully navigated through the whole phase for us, and put together an offer for our eventual home that was well within our budget. He was also able to recommend other folks that we enjoyed working with, including our inspector and attorney who were both very thorough in their undertakings. When we finally closed, it was during the lockdown and he was sweet enough to leave us a super useful welcome package (including extremely precious hand sanitizers and toilet paper!!!) for when we moved in.

Throughout the process and in spite of the lockdown, Dominic was super responsive and answered all our questions via phone and email within minutes. He is very knowledgeable about the Chicago market, fully understood our budget/requirements and genuinely cared about getting us into our dream house.

We highly recommend him to any prospective home buyers looking for a stress-free and enjoyable experience.

We can’t say enough good things about Dominic. He is trustworthy, client focused, and experienced. Dominic knows his stuff, and if he doesn't have an answer he won't pretend, he’ll let you know and work to get the answers you need. He has intimate knowledge of many neighborhoods, and a vast network as additional resources. Best of all, when you finally find what you want, Dom really shines in getting the deal done

We needed to find an apartment from another state. Dominic was extremely knowledgeable about all of the areas we were interested in. He was also open to investigate things we found, and give us the benefit of his experience. He was my eyes and ears.
When we found a place we liked, he helped negotiate on our behalf and stayed involved throughout the entire process. He truly went above and beyond.

I would not hesitate to recommend, or utilize Dominic for any real estate need.

Dominic Garcia is a fantastic realtor. I've worked with Dom twice, and both times he went above and beyond. When my wife and I relocated back to Chicago, we both had jobs that needed us to start right away. We called Dom (based on reviews we read about him online) in a panic because we had a three day window to find a place to live. Within 24-hours he had appointments for us to see several places and helped us find exactly what we were looking for.

Recently, we bought a condo. Based on our previous experience with Dom helping us find an apartment, we didn't hesitate to reach out to him to help us find a home. Dom was great. He worked really hard to help us find exactly what we wanted and was there for us through every step of the process (part of which extended into the pandemic lockdown!). Even with the pandemic, things still went smoothly and fast (!!!)

Aside from his professionalism, he's also an all-around cool guy!
