Hello!

I am a graduate of Routt Catholic High School and MacMurray College. My background includes 29+ years with the IL Dept. of Corrections. I also have over 30 years experience as a carpenter/handyman, doing everything from decks, siding, roofing, remodels, electrical, plumbing and new construction. From a prospective buyers standpoint, I bring insight to a property, that might otherwise be overlooked; what it can become with renovations, and how to make it happen. As for the seller, I can guide you through what is most important to prep for the sale - what really needs attention, and how much will it cost, to maximize their profits.

My wife Shanan and I have six children, two daughters-in-law, one fiance' and 3 beautiful granddaughters. I am a lifelong resident of Morgan County. In my "spare" time, I enjoy hunting, skydiving, and anything sports related.
