Don Bailey

Don Bailey is a western Colorado Native, born in Delta and raised in Colorado. He lived a few years in the Chicago suburbs where he obtained my real estate license in 1974 and has been a full-time licensed Realtor in the Montrose area since 1980.

The high quality of life is the primary reason for living here, yet the stunning scenery and unlimited recreational opportunities play a part too. Don feels immensely proud to be a member of this community, where he has volunteered and served on the boards of many community service organizations. Don has really enjoyed raising his family here. Sailing on beautiful Ridgway Reservoir is one of his favorite pastimes.

Don’s business philosophy is service oriented. He loves to share his knowledge of the area and his professional experience to help buyers find that perfect place and to enable sellers to get the best price for their property. The four cornerstones of Don’s business are: service, integrity, knowledge, and experience.

Don has won numerous sales awards in his career. He is well-versed in all areas of real estate including residential and commercial, farm & ranch, vacant land, short sales, REO, and foreclosures. He represents Buyers and Sellers and has many happy and satisfied clients. As an active member of the community, Don has served on many boards including three times as Montrose Association of Realtors Chairman. In 1992 and 2010, he was named Realtor of the Year.
