Having worked in acquisitions & development for much of his career, Don provides his clients a real-world perspective and straightforward advice that is highly accretive and complimentary to his firm’s top-tier brokerage services.

A native of South Florida, Don is a highly skilled real estate entrepreneur with an extensive track record of success in nearly all asset classes and submarkets of Florida. Prior to founding Katalyst, Don worked with many of the area’s most significant developers including Toll Brothers, 13th Floor Investments, Arvida, Engle Homes/TOUSA, urban infill developers, and has developed for his own account. He is licensed with the State of Florida as both a Certified General Contractor & Real Estate Broker and is a graduate of the University of Florida’s School of Building Construction.
