Don Spurlin

Owner, Don Spurlin started Don Spurlin Construction in 1988 primarily as a residential builder and developer. Then in 1995, sensing a new opportunity to utilize his real estate investment experience, he started Spurlin and Company Commercial Real Estate.

With over 25 years of experience in developing and marketing commercial real estate in the north and central regions of Alabama, Spurlin & Company and their construction affiliate, Don Spurlin Construction, have brokered the acquisition of land, designed and built the facility and handled the leasing and property management for a wide array of commercial properties.

Spurlin & Company and Don Spurlin Construction have won awards for design and construction of commercial buildings regularly since 1990. With "in house" design and project management professionals, we can give you a full range of options to address your project requirements.
