Dona was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely encouraging during our home search! We were very intimidated by the buying process and she was able to answer any questions that we had- often before we even thought to ask them! She listened to what we wanted in a new home and didn’t waste our time looking at homes that wouldn’t work for us. She worked around our crazy work and kid schedules and made herself available at times that were convenient for us. Most importantly, she guided us with her vast knowledge of the best loan options, contractors, and inspectors and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Dona was the key that made putting us in our new home a smooth process!
