We highly recommend Donald Gomez if you are in need of buying or selling a home. Donald covers all the bases you are looking for in the ideal real estate agent. His skill and knowledge along with his hard working and good nature make him an overall great agent that is great to work with.

As we were moving across country, we needed someone available and willing to work overtime in order to accommodate our limited schedule. Donald immediately responded to our inquiries, even through the weekend. His communication was exceptional, with not only quick but also complete and clear answers to any question we had. He let us know if he didn’t have an answer but would do the research then to find it as soon as possible. He never left us hanging but was also intuitive in knowing when to give some space for us to think things over.

Donald quickly set up a score of showings to fit in the handful of days we would be in town. He kept a keen eye on the market and was able to schedule viewings of any new listings. He even was able to set up one last viewing just hours before we had to leave though it wasn’t listed as available until the evening before.

The market was tight for anyone buying but Donald did not give up. Immediately he was able to key in on what we were looking for and found many homes to show. While we ourselves saw a fair number of homes in the listings that we thought we might like, he caught others we missed and even presented us with options that were not what we would have thought of but definitely worth serious consideration. He asked us questions and brought to our attention pluses and minuses of each home which made us think further about what we really wanted. This was critical given that we were looking for our “forever” home, so his help with straight forward and honest reviews of homes was greatly appreciated. And though we got discouraged as nothing seemed ideal to us, his persistence and being able to schedule a last minute viewing when we were literally on our way out of town showed that he is willing to do what is needed.

Given his willingness to put in a lot of long hours of effort and along with his determination, Donald did succeed in getting us into our new home. And with his cool head and friendly nature, he was so comfortable and easy to work with. Bottom line is he is just such a great guy and a highly competent and hard working agent. We feel so fortunate to have found him and couldn’t recommend him more.

I had the privilege of working with Donald with a mutual client. I worked on the financing side of things while Donald worked on negotiating the best deal for the client. He was able to get the sellers to cover our buyers closing costs and buy down their interest rate. In the end, we helped the client get their dream home, a monthly payment they were happy with, and they didn’t have to pay a dollar in closing costs. I highly recommend Donald to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
