Donald rented out my condo in Brooklyn while I was out of town. I was so glad to have him as my agent and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an agent.

I found Donald online and we spoke on the phone. I knew right away he'd be a great person to work with—he was knowledgeable, friendly, and shared his expertise with me even if it was just an inquiry call.

I was out of town but needed to find a tenant. He worked hard and went above and beyond to help. He reached out to my previous tenants to check out the space, take professional photos and eventually for showings. There were a million other things he did for me. I am grateful that it was such stress-free experience as he handled all the paperwork, compiled materials, and worked with the management company of the building on my behalf. He found a contractor to paint the place and carefully inspected the space before handing it over to the tenants. And these are just a few examples of what he did!

While he had no listings of his own to offer he spent no less than 15 minutes taking to me about ways we could overcome some of the roadblocks we were experiencing.
