Donald Martin

Originally from Pennsylvania, Don came into the real estate business in 1985. He quickly completed Coldwell Banker’s Career development course and NJ insurance licensing requirements in addition to his real estate license. In 1988 Don graduated from the Real Estate Institute, earning the GRI designation and obtaining his broker’s license, in 1991 earned the CRS designation and in 2004 earned the CRB designation.

In 1991, during one of the worst local market periods in memory, Don started his own company, Don Martin Realty, Inc. With a focus on customer service, hard work and integrity, Don has again and again proven to be one of the most knowledgeable brokers on the island. Don has been a resident of the Wildwoods for the past 20 years. He is a past president of the Jaycees, has served as an elected member of the North Wildwood City Council, and is managing partner of Brophy-Martin Developing, LLC.
