Doneva Renee Rawls

Minnesota is the place Doneva proudly calls home, though her business has enabled her to assist families all across America. Her time in the Navy helped reveal the true “Doneva” — serving others isn’t just something she does; it’s who she is.

On a personal note, Doneva has a wonderfully active family, including five sons ranging in age from 20 to 37. As a dedicated basketball mom, you can find her on any given Saturday cheering her sons on to victory. She also shares her home with her three beloved dogs, who add joy and energy to her busy life.

Doneva is deeply engaged in her community through her mentorship work with Junior Achievement at Brooklyn Center Senior High. She was appointed by the mayor of Brooklyn Park to the Citizens for Long Range Planning Commission and currently serves on numerous real estate committees, including Government Affairs, the Minneapolis and Minnesota Diversity Committees, and is a member of the Minneapolis Board of Directors.

A lifelong learner, Doneva earned her BA and master’s degrees from Metro State University and is currently pursuing her doctorate at St. Mary’s University. Her passion truly shines when she focuses on positive policies that enhance the lives of the clients she cares for deeply.
