Donita Reitze

Donita's interest in real estate began in 1970, with the purchase of their first house in Crested Butte for $12,000. For the next 30 years, her and her husband Gary bought, remodeled or built both residential and commercial properties, including a restaurant that they owned and managed for 19 years. After moving to Denver, they continued with their passion of investing in properties buying commercial buildings and buying and selling homes in the metro area. In one of the commercial buildings, they opened and ran a yoga center that they have since sold to their partner. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2006 and after years in another company she came to PorchLight in January of 2015. Because of her experience and passion for real estate investing and business management she feel uniquely qualified to help my clients with their real estate needs. She truly enjoy communicating and negotiating which are critical in both the buying and selling processes.
