I began my real estate career four years ago as a listing specialist and have since added real estate investment, downsizing, and first-time home buying as other areas of expertise.

I pride myself on giving sellers a fantastic home selling experience. My goal is always to maximize what a home will sell for by helping sellers prepare, price, and market their home for the best results with today's buyers.

I'm also a Certified Residential Investment Specialist, which means that I help investors (and those looking to become investors) find and analyze the financial strength of rental and rehab property opportunities. I bring this investment lens to every home purchase and sale I'm involved in.
