Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task. Donna was very professional as well as personal. My stress level was high as I had specific criteria that needed to be met. Donna is not only a fantastic realtor, but she is also an excellent support system. Anytime there was a house I wanted to see Donna moved fast as houses were flying off the market. She negotiated and helped me obtain my new home, working hard to make sure things like repairs were fair. Donna is amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home, you won’t regret it.

Donna was the best realtor that you could have asked for! My girlfriend and I just purchased our first house and Donna was there to answer any questions that we had throughout the entire process. Additionally, she would tell us what she was seeing throughout the houses as we walked through them just to make sure that we were noticing all the details and not turning a blind eye to anything. The thing that helped ease our stress the most was that she is very communicative and willing to reach out to people if needed. We picked our lender and lawyer based on people that she works with the most, and she was constantly talking to them and ensuring that everything was going smoothly on all fronts. Our process was relatively short because we ended up getting the first house that we went and looked at, and it was bittersweet because my girlfriend and I both liked meeting with Donna. She is a very kind and caring person with a great sense of humor that makes a potentially nerve-wracking situation a lot more enjoyable. If/when we decide to sell our house in the future we will absolutely be using Donna again and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Donna Catanese is a fabulous realtor with selling and buying. Selling and buying a house at the same time is a daunting task. Donna made navigating this task easy by guiding me every step of the way. She and I traveled near and far looking for the perfect home for me. She kept me apprised about available appointments and let me know as soon as a new house came on the market. I highly recommend Donna Catanese!
