Yes it is her job to sell houses but she takes the time to learn what her clients want in a home. I feel that she would rather suggest a different house than sell someone a house that they will not be happy living in. We love you new home . The best real estate agent we have ever had. We have had agents in Pa, De, and FL and Donna was by far the best. In finding our Florida home, we found Donna after dealing with a horrible agent that kept important information from us and was too arrogant to listen to our needs which you will often find in agents if you are new to buying or selling a home. In Donna you will receive an aggressive agent that will not only listen to your needs but will go to bat for you every step of the way. She will also be there by phone call or text whenever needed. Donna even took our calls while she was away on vacation. Donna's honesty was second to none. We had a very hard purchase and many times she asked us are you sure this is the home for you. She wants to make sure you are in the right home and is not just in it for the commission like other agents. We are so happy we found Donna through these Zillow reviews. It was great to work with Donna. She has a great personality, communicates in a timely fashion and was always available by either texting, email or phone. She made our search for the perfect house easy. I had only three days in the area to find the perfect house and Donna scheduled 9 showings in one day. All of which we saw and with her guidance narrowed the choices down to 2.
