My husband and I were first time home buyers and Donna served us very well as our realtor. We had VERY high expectations on a new home with a moderate budget. We took 8 months of looking REGULARLY to find 'The One'! Donna was very patient and incredibly responsive. When I called her about the house we ended up buying it was a Sunday afternoon and she was out with her family. She stopped what she was doing, dropped her family off at their destination and came immediately to show us the house. We ended up putting an offer in the first day it was on the market and got it! Donna is an awesome real estate agent if you have questions or need information she either knows the information or can get it for you in minutes. She always answers her phone when you call or calls back within minutes even if she is with another client just to let you know her status and she will get back with you as soon as possible. The sale of our property was very difficult due to some survey problems she took care of the problem as soon as it was brought to her attention and we were able to sell the house. I know that if we had used another company this sale would have fallen apart, but she was able to keep all parties happy and solve the problem in a timely manner. Donna and her team are consummate professionals. We sold our home while living in another state. This takes a great deal of trust in your Real Estate Agent. We did not have the option of interviewing Donna in person. We had to base our decision on her recommendation from Dave Ramsey as well as her customer service offered over the phone and her current recommendations. I can only say that we made the BEST choice possible in the San Antonio market. They bent over backward to accommodate our special issues from living out of state, returned all phone calls and emails immediately and kept us abreast of every thing going on. Donna is awesome! She ensures you buy the house of your dreams and don't settle for less. She really listens to what you want in a home and does everything in her power to get that. Donna provides the best customer service. We found our house over a holiday weekend and that didn't stop her from helping get our home. I loved that she didn't work normal agent hours; she was always available. She has many contacts in the industry and is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I would absolutely recommend Donna to anyone. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Being a first time home buyer, I was nervous about the process, but Donna took me under her wing and made me feel comfortable.
