Donna provided comprehensive service on both the buying and selling end our move. Even though our timing was quite compressed, we never felt that we were behind, uninformed or without assistance in all of our dealings. Donna knows an impressive number of trades-people too, and boy did they respond when her name was mentioned. I can't imagine how our search/buy/sell/move could have gone any better.

Donna Harris is the BEST realtor I could have hoped for. She sold my house in Annapolis within days after listing and found my new house in Towson in just one day! She is very knowledgeable of the market and leveraged creative marketing strategies to bring a lot of traffic to my home and clever negotiation tactics to generate multiple offers. Although I had bought and sold homes before it had been many years and she did a great job of walking me through the process so there were no surprises at closing. Donna Harris was our agent for the sale of a townhouse in Catonsville in January. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She helped us stage the property for sale and we were able to sell about list price within one day of listing. Since we were no longer living the home, she agreed to meet contractors there to assist in making repairs that were required as a part of of sale. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Baltimore/Annapolis area.
