I met Donna Hatch several years ago when she was referred to me as a potential home buyer. She was one of the best clients I had. Her eye for details and willingness to learn helped make her sale a smooth transaction. She was willing to listen to my suggestions for negotiating her sales contract and offer suggestions from her own background as real estate sales professional. We got her the house she wanted at a good price. In fact when she left the area, she was able to use the knowledge she gained about area market conditions to sell her home at a good profit. Donna joined our staff of sales professionals soon after she purchased her home. She was an enthusiastic member of our staff and fit very well with the other members. Because of Donnas’ willingness to learn she soon picked up the nuances of our market area. She actively listed and sold numerous properties. Because of Donnas’ quick integration into our market area she was selected to participate in our company’s A Team. The A Team is a select group who work with the military, corporate executives and civilian transferees referred to our office. As a member of the A Team, she was required to attend training, polish her knowledge of the local market and maintain certifications for the program. Donna was comfortable working with the highest ranking members of the military, or with the person who walked into our office and wanted to buy or sell a home.
