Donna was employed by a Clayton-based appraisal company for five years prior to forming her own firm. DJ Howard & Associates, Inc. currently has five commercial real estate appraisers, one residential appraisers and support staff. The diverse client base includes private corporations, financial institutions, private property owners, attorneys and governmental entities. While the firm has completed assignments throughout Illinois and Missouri from Kennett, Missouri to Rockford, Illinois, most of our work is concentrated in Southern Illinois and the Metropolitan St. Louis and Metro-East Area.
Prior to her career as a real estate appraiser, Donna served as the Director of Information Services for a commercial real estate firm in Clayton, Missouri. She was responsible for researching the office and industrial real estate markets and preparing quarterly market studies. In addition, she performed Net Present Value and/or Return on Investment Analyses for the Investment Services Division. She also has a background in multi-family management for HUD financed properties.
