We have bought two properties with Donna as our agent. I cannot recommend Donna Highly enough. She works tirelessly with great dedication to her clients. Her experience and knowledge allowed us to purchase a FL property while still living across the country, she went above and beyond to arrange inspections and ensuring the sale went smoothly. We have bought numerous properties and Donna far exceeded my expectations, she clearly stood out from other agents we have used, not that any were bad in fact they have all been good, but she just went the extra mile for us and I believe she will for all her clients. Guiding without influencing is a fine line and Donna walked that line perfectly. Never once did we feel any pressure to hurry or make a decision and she patiently toured any home we asked to view. She constantly sent us updated listings that met our criteria and cheerfully showed us any that we were interested in. We requested to view properties well outside of her normal area and she happily arranged viewings sometimes 4-5 hrs from her without hesitation. Clients wishing to work with a knowledgeable but personable agent cannot go wrong choosing Donna.
