Donna is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable and goes out of her way to explain every situation that could possibly come up. We were working with her on the purchase of an old farm house and she was thorough in her research and came up with every possible scenario that could come up so that we were well protected as the buyer. She gives you a lot of documentation to help you make the best decision. She did all of the leg work for us so that we didn’t have to stress or go into the transaction blind. If you are looking for a realtor who has your best interest in mind and can search out hidden gems for you and come up with a strategy to make it happen, she is hands down the absolute best.
