Her accomplishments in and outside real estate have revolved around helping others. From recruiting independent sales associates and helping them grow to helping them navigate their satisfying the needs of buyers and sellers. As the leader of the Aventura office of Coldwell Banker Florida, Donna’s vision is to provide access to optional in-house education programs, expand the recruiting program, create sales leads, and guide her agents with competitive strategies to aid them in succeeding in the marketplace. Donna prides herself on being able to create an atmosphere where newly licensed and experienced associates can grow within the Coldwell Banker system. The group of independent agents is growing constantly, and she credits the success of this office to the quality of individuals who join this dynamic branch.
