On two separate occasions Donna found my new house. I outgrew the first one and the second one is where I will retire. She is always pleasant and thorough. Needed to see some properties and called Donna. She answered the phone and I was able to see the properties the next day. With other agents you get a voice mail and have to leave a message. My wife and I were planning a relocation to the De Land area from Maryland. We located Donna by was f the internet and contacted her with our ideas on the types of homes and price range we were looking for. She provided us with numerous options, from which we chose several to look at on a trip down to Florida. Donna arranged our viewing schedule and was available to us at all times. We finally settled on a fabulous home in a newer development. She was extremely helpful and efficient in getting the contract offer, ultimate purchase and settlement of the home. This was not an easy task given our long distance arrangement but it all went off without a hitch. She assisted us with the walk through of the home as well as the settlement. Donna is remarkably professional, helpful, informative and friendly. She is more than willing to go the extra mile to assist in what could be a stressful situation. We found Donna just by pure luck. When my husband and I had decided to purchase a home in Florida, we went on the internet to find a realtor and Donna answered our request immediatley. Donna is a very professional, and very knowledgable realtor , but she also has a very friendly sweet personality, and it was as if we had known her for years. Donna went above and beyond her obligations as a realtor for us when we purchased our retirement home in Deltona, Florida in February 2015. She made the whole process of buying our home ,from 1000 miles away, mind you, run extremely smooth and non stressful. Donna searched for everything on our wish list and conveyed all her findings to us for pre-approval via the internet or the phone. Donna has a wonderful insight on people in general. Donna took into consideration everything we needed and wanted and was able to line up several homes for us to take a look at when we were finally able to come down to Florida for a short 24 hour turn around, By Donna pre veiwing these homes prior to us coming down Donna was able to make the actual looking and the purchasing transaction run extremely smooth. Our 24 hour trip really paid off big time because we were able to find our dream home that very first day of looking. By taking the time to getting to know us really well (via the internet and the phone) and staying within our criteria she was able to find us our retirement dream home in the first batch of homes she had lined up for us to look at. And when we stated she went above and beyond her obligations ,she did, she made sure she was available for every scheduled inspection on our new home since we were in New Jersey and could not be there. She even took care of our water utility paper work for us (that had to be done in person). Donna Tripp is very professional and one of the most Dedicated Realtors we have ever encountered. We would recommend Donna Tripp very highly to anyone, local or out of state to obtain her services, in purchasing or selling your home you won't be sorry, trust us. In May 2011 by sheer luck, using Google search, I found Donna Tripp. I call her Ms. Donna. I told Ms. Donna what I was looking for in a home and being that I was in CT and these homes where in Florida, I needed someone who was on my side. Ms. Donna never once try to show me a house out of my search criteria not even in the dollar amount. She knew her stuff was present for the inspection, helped me in getting documents to the lender. Ms. Donna is the true Epitome of a Real Estate Expert and a Very Honest Person. Thanks to Ms. Donna, I Purchased my Dream home in 2011... This part of my story ends here...Stay tune 2nd home is in the process of closing as I type this...Have I got a another story for you all.
